MOH: Spearhead server crash fix

Can someone PLEASE PLEASE, HELP ME. I run The Dogg Pound Spearhead server. I have some players one particular that have been crashing our server for nine months almost day. How is she crashing the server without even being on it. Also Please do anybody know a fix.

Are you sure that it is someone crashing your server?

Have you made any changes to server variables? I seem to remember a problem in the quake engine that certain vars like servername or motd were too big and the server crashed.

Then again, I could be totally off base.
